All attendees at Tamarack Stable Events should be aware that there are "official photographers" on the grounds during the entire event. You may take photos and video at the event for your own personal use, and we encourage you to do so, but selling them for a profit is strictly prohibited. Photos of attendees may be taken during Tamarack Stable Events. With your entrance to the grounds you are giving permission to Galloping Winds Photography and Tamarack Stables to use any pictures in which you might appear for future publicity, promotion, advertising, sales, fine art or other media uses related to Galloping Winds Photography and Tamarack Stables.
